Shipping Policy:
- We offer shipping through Canada Post for all orders.
- Delivery time excludes weekend & public holidays.
- Please note, during sale periods or special promo sales, there could be slight delay with shipments due to the capacity of orders.
- Please allow 2 business days for processing your order. Note that this processing time is not included in the delivery time frame as outlined in the chart below.
- Estimated Delivery time & Shipping fees are as below chart.
- Please note that delivery times may be delayed depending on your area.

Canada Wide:
Standard 3 to 9 Business days $10 CAD Express 1 to 2 Business days $15 CAD
International:
Standard 6 to 10 Business days $20 CAD Express 4 to 7 Business days $25 CAD
Return Policy:
- We only accept exchange and store credit within 14 days of the purchase date upon approval.
- To initiate exchange or store credit, please email us at info@timan.ca.
- To exchange, items must be in original brand-new condition with tags on.
- Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
TIMAN.CA is not responsible for and are not obliged to refund for the below reasons:
Shipping address that has been incorrectly entered by the customer upon placing the order. In the event that a shipping address has been incorrectly entered and cannot be delivered, Canada post will Return to Sender which can take up to 15 business days for us to receive it. We will then resend the parcel to the customer and new shipping charges may apply.
Duty & Taxes
- All international orders may be subject to duty and taxes upon delivery, and are the full responsibility of the customer.
